Milan Lucic Sells Boston Condo

Boston Bruins left wing Milan Lucic has sold his three-bedroom waterfront condominium for $1.65 million — the same price he paid for the 1,855-square-foot luxury dwelling in 2010.
Buyers Christian Snook and Susan Stoddarticed the deal at nearly 11 percent off the asking price of $1.8 million when it was listed in July by CL Waterfront Properties.
The three-level luxury property features two-and-one-half baths, private balcony, luxury finishes, hardwood floors and deeded private garage. Ceiling-to-floor windows overlook Boston Harbor and the city’s skyline. It also offers a chef’s kitchen with breakfast bar, gas fireplace, washer/dryer steps to North End.

In September Lucic, 24, traded-up to a three-bedroom townhouse at Union Wharf on Boston Harbor for $2.6 million shortly after his wedding to his longtime girlfriendBrittany Carnegie. The 2,307-square-foot brick and beam home has a private balcony overlooking the water, a media room with fireplace, a master suite with skylights, a bath with double vanities and double closets, as well as a guest suite with custom closets.
The sale comes as Lucic and other players from the National Hockey League are in the 88th day of the lockout and games have been cancelled through December 30. The players are not getting paid as talks continue between league officials and the Players’ Association.
